Our goal is the maintain a long-lasting relationship with out clients based on exceptional design and cost-effective solutions that meet our clients' needs. We handle everything from start to finish, from conception, design, project planning, site selection, real estate management, materials aquisition, fabrication, staging and contruction, to final clean up. We take all necessary measures to ensure a project's success by striving to meet and exceed our client's expectations.

Consulting

We have provided both broad scope and detailed expertise for clients on cases involving construction defects, conformance to design, all phases of permitting, licensing, estimates, management and supervision issues. Our work has consisted of consulting, and detailed written reviews, estimates and opinions as required by our clients.

The scope of our consulting and expert work includes site, infrastructure, and construction management. Our principal, Richard Kane has over 30 years of experience both in the field and management and has provided supervision, project management, and senior level management for an extensive volume of projects and buildings including schools, airports and support facilities, industrial, retail, for projects in Florida and other areas. KCMI is actively licensed as a general contractor in Florida for all aspects of construction and underground utilities work. Richard Kane also currently serves as a Board member on the Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board.
